This is a hands-on training that is a must for any pet professional, groomer, dog trainer, sitter, boarding facility, or animal shelter staff and volunteers. When you are entrusted with the care of someone’s pet, your team must know what to do in a pet emergency! After successful completion, you may proudly display your official color certificate in your place of business and your digital badge to show on your website and social media!

EACH STUDENT RECEIVES:

A 40-page handbook
A muzzling & bleeding kit
On successful completion, a formal & official color certificate with your NAME and BUSINESS NAME (if applicable).

Each student will have a demo dog or cat to practice with during the class. All materials are sanitized. Class is in a small & personalized setting group.

Schedule & Guidelines for Class. SAT. NOV. 16, 2024

Check-In time: 8:30 am to 8:55 am
* Morning Session: 9 am-12:30 pm
* Lunch Break /45 min.: 12:30 pm-1:15 pm
* Afternoon session I: 1:15 pm-2:45 pm
* Break /15 min. 2:45 pm – 3:00 pm
* Afternoon session: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
COMPLIMENTARY snacks, bottled water & coffee throughout the day.

CLASS ATTIRE

* Wear comfortable clothing.
* Get enough rest the night before! Not only will you feel better during the class, but having a positive attitude will allow you to remember, focus and absorb information as you learn.
* Bring your own pen & paper to take notes.

PAYMENT & REGISTRATION

Upon payment and registration, you will receive a confirmation email along with your digital ticket. A reminder a few days before the class will be sent to you. To SAVE your spot in the class, you need to complete your payment and registration AHEAD OF TIME. Complete registration below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your class, please do so, by calling 346-375-8449 AT LEAST 3-business days before the scheduled class date. This way, you give someone else the opportunity to take the class. Seating is limited and personalized teaching.
* If you cancel your class prior to 3-business day, we will offer you a CREDIT to be used towards a future class.
* If you do NOT cancel earlier to 3-business days, you may lose the payment for the class. It will be solely at the discretion of Pawsitive Relations to make an exception – depending on the circumstances.
* NO Shows = You forfeit payment, No refunds, No credit.
